To transfer any funds raised outside of iDonate (Offline Donations) to your selected charity,
please follow the steps outlined below:
NOTE: The option to transfer offline donations to the related charity/cause will publicly display the donation on your fundraising page also.
- Login to your account at: https://www.idonate.ie/userlogin.html
- Select option to "My Donors"
- Click Offline Donations tab
- Click "Transfer Offline Donations" to follow the custom link provided to transfer any offline donations directly to the cause/charity via iDonate.
Once processed, your transfer will display under "Previous Transfers",
you can toggle the "hide transfer?" option if wanting to hide or display the transfer amount publicly on your page as an offline donation.
